The opportunity will allow you to interact with and handle the big brands such as Capgemini, Atos, HSBC, Barclays, Samsung, Apple, Texas Instruments etc. From an exposure perspective this opportunity allows you to work in a Digital & Technology Savvy Marketing Organization. You will part of a team that manages the growing digital marketing requirements and at the same time building up client relationships. This opportunity includes all initiatives that adds to the group’s top-line business. This also allows you an opportunity to work across India if the requirement arises.

The purpose of the role:

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet business goals. The primary objective is to enhance organization’s top-line by maintaining existing clients, add more clients from across India, Asia Pacific , Europe and North Americas. Effective management of pre-sales, running active sales campaigns, marketing, online promotional activities of the vertical aligned to, towards deliveries of KRA’s mentioned below.

What will be your key deliverables?

You need to be able understand through research the potential consumer & industry trends, sales opportunities, conduct competitive analysis and build relationships at CXO level, set up meetings and conclude deals with Head HR/ L&D/ Business verticals across MNC’s .

Formulate and execute Sales & marketing campaigns for various Corporate training programs, Workshops, Seminars, High End Skill Re tooling Programs in conjunction with business team to meet set objectives while adhering to budget constraints. Use Online Marketing as one of the key media for brand building and client acquisition – Search Engine Marketing, Online PR, Social Media Marketing, etc.

Initiate and manage CRM activities to use this further to increase stickiness, cross sell and upsell the offerings.

Key Metrics include Business Acquisition, Client Engagement and trainee enrolments/Application Sales/Cost of Acquisition.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who are you?

You are someone who has garnered basic marketing knowledge from a good institute. You have 5-7 years or upwards of relevant experience. It will be an added plus if you have additionally worked in Similar domain in past ( training and education vertical with experience in Online/Digital Marketing). You should have worked the entire value cycle of pre sales – Sales and Post sales customer connect including execution of projects.

You should possess strong skills in understanding consumer insight and behaviors like target audience identification, attitudes and values, psychographic influences in order to have impactful brand experiences and result in enrolments. Proven ability to design, develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns while leading it up individually or in a team. In-depth experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales & marketing strategies.
